Use every other night (especially if you are a first time Retinol user) to allow your skin to adjust to the retinol and minimize the risk of irritation.
It's also advisable to use a moisturizer and sunscreen while using retinol to help protect and hydrate your skin.
HOW TO USE
Apply a pea-sized amount to a cleansed face and body every other night for the first few weeks. You may increase application to once every evening after one month.
