Return and Refund Policy
Dermaxpro is committed to providing quality products to our customers. While we hope that you are always satisfied with your Dermaxpro purchase, we understand there are times that you may need to return a product.
Dermaxpro does not offer refund or exchange to any product, unless it arrives to you damaged and/or broken. In such case, please send a photo of the damaged items to info@skinstation.ph within 24 hours upon receipt of your package.
If you need to return the product, please take note of the following information below:
• Request must be made within 24 hours of your receipt date for a refund.
• Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
• We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.
• Empty containers cannot be accepted for a refund.
• You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, unless you received damaged merchandise
• Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until our CSR agent confirms receipt of the returned merchandise. We are not responsible for lost packages.
• Refund will be processed within 1-2 weeks upon receiving your item.
• Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.
Only items purchased on dermaxpro.com may be accepted for a return. For items purchased from other online platforms, please get in touch with their customer service for their refund policy.
